The firm originates from our strong belief that mid-size enterprises deserve the same depth and quality of services in business restructuring, financial restructuring, and capital transactions as the largest corporates and multinationals, yet rarely have access to it. Such need for an integrated support is even more pressing in the current difficult economic environment as many companies face challenges on all these fronts at once – addressing a financial issue (such as shortage of working capital financing) may have both a financial (e.g., renegotiating loan agreements with banks) and business (e.g., optimizing inventory levels) component, or even call for a capital transaction (e.g., finding a new investor).

Each of our Partners has between 10 and 15 years of hands-on corporate experience in all areas of company restructuring, gained both in Poland, across the CEE region and globally.
