About Us

Metropolitan Capital Solutions is a transaction advisory, consulting and principal investment firm managed by a team of senior partners with top-notch experience acquired in Poland and globally. We serve a broad portfolio of clients, from multinationals to entrepreneurs.

We have built our firm based on three premises in which we strongly believe:

First, with businesses facing increasingly complex challenges, the need arises for firms to be able to provide multidisciplinary experience and to do so seamlessly. We combine first hand consulting, managerial, transactional and legal experience and are willing to invest or coinvest when needed, thus can organize our support so as to best suit the challenge at hand.

Second, we believe business is personal. Our Clients work with us because they trust us, our judgment and competence. We provide senior heavy support thus ensuring the full benefits of our accumulated experience. We delegate little, outsource even less and do not have people that sell and people that do.

Third, we believe Clients deserve the same depth and quality of services no matter what size they are as challenges do not really differ, only their magnitude does. We work for multinational corporations, leading PE funds, mid-size enterprises and startups alike. As an entirely private partnership, we are free to define how to best work with each of our Clients.

We are here to provide such support. We achieve this by pooling first-rate advisory, management and transactional experience of our team combined with our network of contacts and putting all of them at the disposal of our Clients.

Each of our Partners has between 10 and 20 years of hands-on corporate experience, gained both in Poland, across the CEE region, United States, Middle East and globally. Having worked for leading consultancies, commercial banks, investment banks, law firms and corporates – including such blue chip institutions like McKinsey & Company, International Finance Corporation, PKO BP, PKN ORLEN or NYSE AMEX – and having completed in total well over 200 advisory projects over the last decade, we know what it takes to provide Clients with practical solutions that work.
