• We give you access to top international quality. Experience of each of our Partners at least matches the caliber you find at large international consultancies and banks. Our compensation arrangements (including acceptance of equity) can make it realistically accessible to you.

Given the professional experience of our partners we can easily integrate the skills and perspectives of business consultancy, commercial bank and investment bank. Having also been served as clients by those, we are more practical – in other words, we find it natural to focus on what is really important from the Client perspective.
• Our incentives are aligned with yours. We are a private partnership. Therefore, we can focus on what is really right for you. It is as close as one can realistically get to our own commercial interest. We have no shareholders to answer to, no large international overhead. We draw on a broad network of experts and analysts available in the market and have limited fixed human resources. We can therefore staff projects with the experience and profiles that you need rather than the way we need it to have our staff busy.
