Pawel Dobrowolski
Pawel Dobrowolski since 1995 has been advising company owners and managers on strategic business issues. During this time he has worked on over 50 M&A transactions of which some 20 have successfully closed at an aggregate value of over Euro 1 bln - on behalf of his clients he also authored numerous business plans and strategies. During this time he worked for Morgan Grenfell, Advent, Warsaw Equity Holding, and Trigon. In 1989-91 he worked with professor Jeffrey Sachs advising the first Balcerowicz government that implemented Poland's transition from a planned to a market economy. In 2001-2005 he coordinated a team of advisers that created an economic plan for the shadow government of Jan Maria Rokita. BA in economics from Harvard University. He is also a volunteer fire fighter.
