Artur Kluz on behalf of major shareholder of A2 motorway in Poland structured and executed million dollars acquisitions in holding's portfolio companies with Fortune 500 Companies. He was responsible for the whole acquisition process, drafted agreements and negotiated all transaction documents.

Waldemar Maj led IFC/World Bank execution team in charge of investments in mining projects (mainly gold, silver, copper, and coal) in emerging markets, including Russia, Central Asia, China, India, and Mongolia. He was responsible for the whole transaction process and negotiation of transaction documents, including project finance and equity investments.
Angel investors in Hard Rock Café, Warsaw, Poland
Waldemar Maj and Wojtek Stankiewicz invested in form of equity and shareholder loan in a startup company. The Hard Rock Café was built in Warsaw on budget and on schedule. The original investors exited the investment after successful opening of the Café, by selling their stakes to a private equity company at over 2-times multiple of invested capital.
